In addition to their noted parameters, all requests must include a valid affiliate id. This should be supplied as:

All the subdomains below are available over SSL so your data can remain secure and can be called from secure pages.
You can call on multiple subdomains, should you need to perform concurrent requests from the browser using cross-site techniques: data, data0, data1, data2, data3.
